OFFLINE PAYMENT MODE

We accept payments through Instamojo, Paytm and Net banking.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products unless the items have arrived damaged. In this situation, please email thenarrationindia@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damaged product. 

 

We are happy to offer you a new piece with geometric paneling and color blocking or issue a credit for a future purchase which is valid for a period of six months.

REFUND POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

As the piece is specially made for you, we do not process refunds. If there is a defect in our product, we can deliver a new product or issue credit for future purchases. 

Please allow two weeks for your item to arrive. If the item requires longer processing, you will be notified via the email provided to us.
