RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products unless the items have arrived damaged. In this situation, please email email@example.com with your order number and images of the damaged product.
We are happy to offer you a new piece or issue a credit for a future purchase which is valid for a period of six months.
As the piece is specially made for you, we do not process refunds. If there is a defect in our product, we can deliver a new product or issue credit for future purchase.
